Well we finally did it! Took only two months to close after our offer was accepted, but at least we're in!!! Alyssa and I have been busy getting the new home in shape and will be ready for visitors soon.
Dad (Tim Sr.) was our savior in getting walls spackled, sanded and painted, along with numerous other things in just three short days that we are sleeping comfortably in our own bed and are able to cook, grill, and set up our home office. I don't know where we'd be without him, but I can only hope we didn't injure him!!

ReplyDeleteWOW, it looks like it was sure worth the wait! The place looks great! Very nice...very nice. We are hoping to eventually make a trip up there but it might not be for a little while now. Good luck and just remember patience when it comes to owning your home.
ReplyDeleteLooks like there is enough room for a baseball field or two. If you could come up with a way to ship that property out west, we could find a way to build twenty condos and a couple of pools and sell it for 10 to 15 mill.
