    Sled riding at Keener park last Saturday, She's doing fine, went to her volleyball game today as the team captain, enjoying her badge of courage.

    Rachel, I hope you are feeling better. I hear the kindof cast you have is one that you must get wet everyday to let the lotion inside heal your arm. That's pretty cool. The old cast you had to keep dry and it was very hard to take a shower. I hope you heal quickly so you can get back to volleyball and basketball.:)
